One of the coolest things about it? The access door and back cover are interchangeable. It usually comes with front-door access, but switching it to rear access is super simple — it takes less than two minutes with no fuss at all.

Why is front access the default?
When you receive a big parcel that won’t fit through the chute, you can provide the combination code to your courier. They can open the front door, leave your parcel safely inside, and close it. (Just be sure to remind the courier company to slide the numbers to lock the door after delivery.)
When you get back, you simply grab your parcel and reset the code. It’s a handy feature that gives you extra peace of mind.

Overall is a good unit but could be even bigger. Also something that lives outside should not be supplied with cadmium plated dynabolts to fix to ground. Should be galv or stainless. Didn’t use as I was attaching to wall.

We didn’t choose galvanised fasteners because they can react with aluminium. While stainless steel is an option, it is significantly more expensive and can seize if anti-seize is not used, making removal very difficult if required in the future.
Cadmium-plated fasteners, on the other hand, perform very well for corrosion resistance in this application, and they successfully passed our failure mode testing. For these reasons, we selected cadmium as the most suitable solution.

Really good build quality compared to others I’ve seen at big box stores. The design of the letter and parcel lids are well thought out.

The letterbox has a modern look, but unfortunately the installation was not as straightforward as expected. Even after installation, it still feels shaky and not firmly secured in the ground.
It also arrived with scratches on the top, which was disappointing for a new product.
Overall, the design is good, but the installation stability and condition on arrival could definitely be improved. Based on my experience, I would rate it 3 stars.

Regarding the scratches, every letterbox is inspected before dispatch and packed with multiple layers of protection, including a protective plastic layer, polyester protection and an additional cotton protective layer. We take a lot of care during packing to minimise the possibility of damage during handling and transport.
That said, if a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we do have a 31-day return policy. We always stand behind our products and will arrange a replacement or refund where there is a genuine product defect.
Regarding the stability of the letterbox, based on the issue you have described, this appears more likely to be related to the installation rather than the structure of the letterbox itself.
Our freestanding models weigh more than 25 kg and are manufactured with a solid welded construction. We have also worked closely with builders and installers over a long period to continually improve the installation process.
After seeing your review, I also discussed the issue with our engineering team and an experienced builder to understand what could potentially cause the movement you are experiencing.
There are two common installation issues that can create this problem:
The fixing holes are not drilled deep enough.
If the holes are too shallow, the anchor bolt cannot sit down completely. This can leave a small gap between the base of the letterbox and the mounting surface, which can make the letterbox feel unstable.
The fixing holes are drilled too large.
If the hole is larger than the recommended size for the anchor bolt, the anchor may spin inside the hole instead of locking securely into the concrete. This can also make the letterbox feel loose or shaky.
Fortunately, both issues are normally fixable.
The best solution would be to remove the letterbox, reposition it slightly and reinstall it using new fixing holes with the correct depth and diameter.
There is also a simple way to identify which issue you may have:
If there is a visible gap between the anchor bolt/base and the letterbox, the hole may not have been drilled deep enough.
If the anchor fastener turns inside the concrete while tightening, the hole may be too large for the anchor to properly lock.

The installation instructions were really good with the exception of a small confusion with the anchor bolts. Not a deal breaker as quite easy enough to figure out.
Once installed though, it looks amazing. Perfectly matches the color scheme of our house. Build quality feels really good and solid. Extremely happy with our choice. Delivery was super quick too.
