    Haven’t got it home yet, was delivered to my partners work so havent seen it. Was kind of frustrated that no tracking updates were emailed though or emails to say all the information can be found under your account if you click “view” i was still assuming that it was processing as thats what the pending status had sat at until today after we were advised by a work colleague that a delivery had arrived. The standard of communication needs to be better

      Dear Customer,

      We use courier companies that specialise in handling oversized parcels, and our tracking updates are purely based on the information they provide. They’re usually very fast with delivery, but I completely understand how the lack of timely notifications can be frustrating.

      We’re still working on improving our system so tracking details are automatically sent to customers. That being said, as soon as we receive a notification that a parcel has been delivered, we do send an email to the customer. I can definitely see there’s room for improvement, and your feedback will help us keep refining our process.
      We’ll review how we present this information so it’s easier to find without the guesswork.

      I hope once you see your letterbox in person, you’ll be happy with it, but please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns after unboxing—it’s important to us that you’re fully satisfied.
