Selinno Shipping and Return Policy
We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we want to make sure it gets to you quickly and hassle-free! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns at Selinno.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Times:
- Your order will be dispatched from our Auckland warehouse as soon as possible.
- We’ve teamed up with Mainfreight, Post Haste, and Kiwi Express to handle deliveries—We’ll send you tracking details with the courier company name, or you can check their website for an estimated arrival time.
- We ship all over New Zealand within 2 to 5 days from the date you receive your order confirmation, and delivery times may vary depending on where you are.
- Orders placed on weekdays are processed within one working day. If you order on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process it on the next working day.
Tracking and Delivery:
- We’ll send you a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
- If you run into any delivery issues, don’t worry! Just reach out to us at support@selinno.co.nz, and we’ll help sort it out.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your Selinno products! If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Change of Heart? No Problem!:
- If you change your mind, you can return your item within 29 days of purchase, as long as it’s unused, unassembled, and in a resaleable condition.
- Some exclusions apply (see below), and we may need to decline a return if the product isn’t in its original condition.
- This policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law, which covers you if the product is faulty.
Easy Returns:
- Just fill out our Contact Us form, and we’ll arrange the shipping for you.
- Our team will give the item a quick check to make sure it meets our return guidelines and the NZ Consumer Act.
- If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If your item is faulty, we’ll cover all the costs, including return shipping.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, we’ll deduct the return shipping fee, but there’s no restocking fee.
- At the moment, we can’t accept self-drop-offs or third-party couriers for returns, but we’re working on making that an option.
- If the original packaging is missing, a 20% repacking fee may apply.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
- Please give your order a quick peek as soon as you get it, and let us know within 24 hours if anything is damaged, incorrect, or missing.
- For faulty or damaged items, please provide all the information through our Contact Us page.
- No re-shipping or repacking fees apply for faulty or damaged items—we’ll take care of everything.
- Our friendly customer service team will walk you through the next steps and make sure you’re well looked after.
